A pioneering CSR commitment recognised internationally

Point of interest

A pioneering CSR commitment in the wine industry, widely recognised for its expertise. At Les Vignobles de Larose, we believe that a great vineyard shines not only through the quality of its wines, but also through what it tells, what it embodies, and what it conveys. Very early on, convinced of the need to place CSR at the heart of our overall strategy, we launched our first initiatives nearly 20 years ago. Over time, we have structured our approach to integrate a wide range of challenges, such as reducing our environmental impact, improving wine quality, and fostering employee fulfilment, among others. “Vignobles Responsables” is our brand, and it is unique. We have chosen to be “Responsible” — responsible across the three core roles that define our daily activity: producer, employer, and economic stakeholder in a territory, the Médoc. The first French vineyard to obtain the dual ISO 9001 (quality) and ISO 14001 (environment) certification in 2003 The first European vineyard to obtain the “Committed CSR – ISO 26000” label in 2008 (renewed six times at an exemplary level) Our purpose? To produce great wines accessible to all, while contributing, in our own way, to sustainable development. It is this commitment that our wines embody, giving them a distinctive identity and character… to give meaning to your emotions.
