Across the complex terrain surrounding the Massimago hill, our organic extra virgin olive oil is produced from 1,200 trees located on various terraced plots (Olivara vecia, le Terase, le Bianchete, and l’Olivara nova). We cultivate native varieties: Grignano, Leccino, and Frantoio. Famous for its high polyphenol and vitamin E content, which provide numerous dermatological and cardiovascular benefits, Grignano is considered the authentic expression of the Verona region.
