The property is a single entity covering 28 hectares with an altitude ranging from 80 to 350 meters above sea level and a south-west exposure. Over time, 13 different parcels have been identified, which are vinified separately to obtain different results during the harvest period, which runs from mid-September to mid-October. The woods and natural valleys that protect and surround the parcels on the estate have allowed us to choose organic cultivation without the risk of drift.
