Originally serving as a loom workshop, this dimly lit, atmospheric cellar is now the sacred resting place for the estate's oldest and most valuable Setúbal Moscatels. Lined with centenarian wooden casks, the environment allows the fortified wine to slowly evaporate and concentrate over decades, developing its signature rich, complex profile.
