Lo Nostre Arròs comes from a family deeply rooted in the Ebro Delta, a fifth generation that grows rice and that started marketing its varieties 17 years ago — hence the name Lo Nostre Arròs (meaning "Our Rice"). A company formed by Tomàs, the father, Imma, the mother, and, alongside them, one of their five children, Jordi. The three of them have grown the company to where it stands today, where in 2026 they will open the doors of their new project — the new store called "La tienda del arroz" ("The Rice Shop") — and a gastronomic space, in the heart of the Ebro Delta, in Amposta. This makes them the first family business in all of Catalonia and in Spain to offer the entire chain in one place: where it is grown, where it is processed, where it is sold, and where it can be visited. Where Tomàs and Imma once began working the land with a small tractor, they have now seen the company transformed by the hand of their son Jordi — the three of them together have worked and cultivated what is today Lo Nostre Arròs.
