The vineyards are cultivated exclusively from estate-owned vines using organic, regenerative, and biodynamic practices that preserve biodiversity and strengthen the natural vitality of the soil. Certified organic since 2017, the estate works with permanent vegetal cover, phytotherapy, and natural composts matured on the property itself, encouraging a balanced ecosystem and deep connection with the land. Following a philosophy inherited from their grandparents, vineyard and cellar work are also guided by the phases of the moon, respecting natural rhythms and traditional knowledge passed down through generations. In the winery, minimal intervention allows each wine to express with authenticity the freshness, balance, and character of the Penedès terroir.
