Sogrape has gone from Portugal to the world. Today, it produces wine in the country’s main wine growing regions, and beyond its borders in Argentina, Chile, New Zealand and Spain. A diverse range of origins, wines and brands lies within our roots. To this end, we set out to expand to new regions from early on, respecting each terroir and prioritising authenticity, always in search of the best nature has to offer. In each location, our aim is to share the rich culture of wine, emphasizing the deep connection to history and nature. Sogrape takes great care to preserve these elements in diverse winemaking regions, offering memorable activities.
PORTUGAL
Famous worldwide for its liqueurs and with a long tradition in wine production, Portugal is becoming increasingly more prominent on the international winemaking scene for the unique identity of its grape varieties and the diversity of its regions.
SPAIN
Vine cultivation in Spain dates back many thousands of years and extends across the entire territory, with a great diversity of regions broadly known for their red and white wines, sparkling wines and liqueurs of classic or more innovative styles.
ARGENTINA
With a long winemaking tradition, Argentina is one of the world’s leading producers, known for its intense, rich wines made in arid, high-altitude zones, which are highly esteemed both locally and internationally.
CHILE
One of the southern hemisphere’s oldest leading producers, Chile has geographic and historical particularities which give a unique character and identity to its wines, which are becoming increasingly more popular internationally.
NEW ZEALAND
With its unique production conditions in the Pacific Ocean, New Zealand has reinvented itself to become world famous since the 1980s for its vibrant, intense wines, particularly its Sauvignon Blanc whites and Pinot Noir reds.
