The day begins with daylight slowly awakening the region. It is the perfect moment to return to the farm and the vines, when silence is only broken by the song of birds and life begins to unfold. At the heart of the Gramona estate, the farm acts as the epicentre of all our winemaking activity. Surrounded by forests and pastures, it offers an immersive experience where wine is born in harmony with its environment. Here, riding and draught horses live side by side, uniting tradition and sustainability, while sheep shape the landscape through their patient grazing, and pigs enrich the soil with their natural work. Chickens, roosters, and geese move freely across the open spaces, while guardian dogs accompany every corner of the farm. In summer, high above, peregrine falcons circle over the vineyard, reminding us of the wild freedom that inspires this unique place. Throughout the day, the farm becomes a meeting point for us and our partner grapegrowers. It is here that we share knowledge, observe the evolution of the vines, and make decisions that respect the rhythms of the land. It is also the space where we prepare and share between us our biodynamic preparations, a practice that strengthens soil vitality and the authentic expression of the wine. The vegetable garden, always generous, completes this sensory experience with aromas, colours, and flavours that speak of a living, self-sufficient ecosystem. As evening falls, the light turns warm and enveloping. The estate grows calm, offering us a unique moment of contemplation. It is then that one understands that here wine is not only made, it is breathed, lived, and shared.
