Located in the heart of the Penedès, beneath the historic monastery of Sant Sebastià dels Gorgs, El Jardí dels Sentits is a family winery where wine, nature, and emotions come together through all five senses. Led by oenologist Blanca Ozcáriz, the project combines generations of winemaking tradition with a contemporary and sustainable vision rooted in respect for the land. Its organic vineyards are cultivated using regenerative and biodynamic practices, allowing each wine to authentically express the character of the Penedès terroir. Identity & Heritage built on a Penedès history
Beneath the historic monastery of Sant Sebastià dels Gorgs, El Jardí dels Sentits was born at Cal Almirall de Lavern, the ancestral vineyard estate of the Raventós family, founders of Lacrima Baccus. Since 1998, Blanca Ozcáriz has led the winery with a contemporary vision shaped by her training in Bordeaux and Burgundy. Today, the project expresses the Mediterranean identity, creativity, and authenticity of the Penedès through wines crafted with care and personality.
