L&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement s&rsquo;est concentr\u00e9 sur deux domaines majeurs : <strong>un outil d&rsquo;auto-\u00e9valuation pour les \u00e9tablissements vinicoles et le d\u00e9veloppement de cours en ligne pour am\u00e9liorer la formation \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u0153notourisme.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Repenser la num\u00e9risation dans l&rsquo;\u0153notourisme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;un des principaux points de discussion a port\u00e9 sur <strong>la mani\u00e8re dont les \u00e9tablissements vinicoles peuvent \u00e9valuer et am\u00e9liorer leurs strat\u00e9gies num\u00e9riques sans compromettre les exp\u00e9riences personnelles et humaines qui d\u00e9finissent l&rsquo;\u0153notourisme traditionnel<\/strong>. Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette question, l&rsquo;outil d&rsquo;auto-\u00e9valuation fera d\u00e9sormais la distinction entre les outils num\u00e9riques destin\u00e9s \u00e0 la gestion de l&rsquo;entreprise, tels que les syst\u00e8mes de gestion de la relation client (CRM) et le marketing en ligne, et les am\u00e9liorations num\u00e9riques destin\u00e9es aux visiteurs, telles que les exp\u00e9riences de r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle. Ainsi, les \u00e9tablissements vinicoles qui privil\u00e9gient la tradition ne seront pas d\u00e9savantag\u00e9s par rapport \u00e0 ceux qui accordent la priorit\u00e9 aux solutions de haute technologie.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La virtualisation dans l&rsquo;\u0153notourisme \u00e9tait un autre sujet cl\u00e9. Les participants ont convenu que <strong>les outils num\u00e9riques devraient am\u00e9liorer, plut\u00f4t que remplacer, les visites physiques<\/strong>. Les \u00e9tablissements vinicoles ont explor\u00e9 les moyens d&rsquo;utiliser le contenu virtuel pour pr\u00e9senter diff\u00e9rents aspects de leurs activit\u00e9s, tels que les changements saisonniers dans les vignobles ou les moments de vinification en coulisses que les visiteurs ne voient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;\u00e9ducation et l&rsquo;inclusion gr\u00e2ce aux cours en ligne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9union a \u00e9galement permis d&rsquo;affiner la structure des cours en ligne, qui couvriront des sujets tels que la connaissance du vin, la gestion d&rsquo;entreprise, la durabilit\u00e9 et la num\u00e9risation. <strong>Les cours seront con\u00e7us pour servir un large public, des \u00e9tudiants aux professionnels, et mettront l&rsquo;accent sur l&rsquo;inclusivit\u00e9<\/strong>, garantissant l&rsquo;accessibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 divers visiteurs, y compris ceux qui ne consomment pas d&rsquo;alcool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces avanc\u00e9es, <strong>le projet ENOTOUR continue de fa\u00e7onner l&rsquo;avenir de l&rsquo;\u0153notourisme, en veillant \u00e0 ce que la tradition et l&rsquo;innovation aillent de pair<\/strong>.
