L&#8217;esdeveniment va formar part de l&#8217;estrat\u00e8gia de difusi\u00f3 d&#8217;ENOTOUR, que tenia com a objectiu involucrar les parts interessades regionals i promoure el di\u00e0leg sobre el futur del turisme del vi al V\u00e8neto. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La primera part del programa es va centrar en la presentaci\u00f3 dels principals resultats desenvolupats dins del projecte ENOTOUR. Els participants van con\u00e8ixer els <strong>MOOC d&#8217;ENOTOUR<\/strong> , dissenyats per enfortir les habilitats en la gesti\u00f3 del turisme del vi i l&#8217;hostaleria tant per a estudiants com per a professionals del sector vitivin\u00edcola. A continuaci\u00f3, es va presentar l&#8217; <strong>eina d&#8217;autoavaluaci\u00f3<\/strong> com un recurs pr\u00e0ctic que permet als cellers avaluar el seu nivell actual de maduresa digital i virtual i identificar oportunitats de millora. Finalment, els assistents van descobrir el component <strong>d&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia virtual<\/strong> , que ajuda els cellers a crear narratives digitals i experi\u00e8ncies immersives que milloren la participaci\u00f3 dels visitants abans, durant i despr\u00e9s d&#8217;una visita al celler.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La segona part de l&#8217;esdeveniment va explorar perspectives m\u00e9s \u00e0mplies sobre la transformaci\u00f3 digital del turisme del vi. Les autoritats regionals van presentar el marc regulador actual i les xifres clau que descriuen l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 del turisme del vi al V\u00e8neto, mentre que les empreses especialitzades en solucions digitals van mostrar tecnologies innovadores que els cellers poden adoptar per refor\u00e7ar la seva competitivitat i l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia dels visitants. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;esdeveniment va concloure amb una animada taula rodona amb representants de cellers, el <strong>Consorci del Prosecco de Conegliano Valdobbiadene<\/strong> i la <strong>Xarxa Regional de Rutes del Vi i Productes Tradicionals<\/strong> . El debat va destacar diversos temes clau, com ara la import\u00e0ncia de la formaci\u00f3 del personal, el paper de la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 regional en la construcci\u00f3 d&#8217;una estrat\u00e8gia enotur\u00edstica coherent i el valor de les eines digitals per comunicar el patrimoni cultural, les tradicions i la identitat de les destinacions vin\u00edcoles. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La forta participaci\u00f3 i l&#8217;intercanvi actiu d&#8217;idees van confirmar el creixent inter\u00e8s del sector del turisme del vi per la innovaci\u00f3 digital i l&#8217;aprenentatge permanent.
