L&#8217;esdeveniment va reunir institucions acad\u00e8miques, representants de la ind\u00fastria i socis del projecte per avan\u00e7ar en el desenvolupament d&#8217;una plataforma de formaci\u00f3 multifuncional per als professionals de l&#8217;enoturisme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avan\u00e7ant en la Plataforma d&#8217;ENOTOUR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un dels principals focus de la reuni\u00f3 va ser <strong>la revisi\u00f3 de la plataforma educativa, corporativa i virtual d&#8217;ENOTOUR<\/strong>. Les discussions van cobrir models de sostenibilitat, estructures de costos i la integraci\u00f3 d&#8217;eines d&#8217;aprenentatge digital. Es va presentar la versi\u00f3 beta de la plataforma, marcant un pas important per oferir solucions de formaci\u00f3 innovadores adaptades a la ind\u00fastria de l&#8217;enoturisme.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s, es va revisar el <strong>proc\u00e9s de desenvolupament dels Cursos en L\u00ednia,<\/strong> amb els socis del projecte refinant els temaris i assegurant-ne l&#8217;alineaci\u00f3 amb les necessitats de la ind\u00fastria. <a href=\"http:\/\/obreal.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Obreal<\/a> va oferir orientaci\u00f3 sobre els requisits de producci\u00f3, i dues sessions de treball van permetre a les universitats adaptar els continguts per als seus respectius Cursos de Formaci\u00f3. Tamb\u00e9 es va discutir el reclutament d&#8217;estudiants\u2014including estudiants de m\u00e0ster i d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 professional\u2014com un pas clau per al pilotatge d&#8217;aquests cursos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comprom\u00eds amb la Ind\u00fastria i Reconeixement de l&#8217;Aprenentatge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Una part important de l&#8217;agenda es va dedicar a fomentar vincles m\u00e9s forts entre l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 i la ind\u00fastria. El <strong>component corporatiu<\/strong> d&#8217;ENOTOUR es va abordar mitjan\u00e7ant la presentaci\u00f3 d&#8217;una <strong>eina d&#8217;autoavaluaci\u00f3 per als cellers<\/strong>, dissenyada per donar suport a la innovaci\u00f3 empresarial i les millors pr\u00e0ctiques en l&#8217;enoturisme. Es van involucrar nous cellers per participar en aquesta iniciativa, refor\u00e7ant l&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;ENOTOUR de tancar la bretxa entre l&#8217;acad\u00e8mia i el sector privat.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La reuni\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 va incloure una sessi\u00f3 sobre els <strong>plans de reconeixement per a les microcredencials<\/strong>, on les universitats s\u00f2cies van confirmar les seves condicions per atorgar aquestes certificacions. Aix\u00f2 s&#8217;alinea amb l&#8217;impuls m\u00e9s ampli dins d&#8217;ENOTOUR per millorar l&#8217;ocupabilitat i el desenvolupament professional dels estudiants en el sector de l&#8217;enoturisme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Properes Passes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La reuni\u00f3 de Porto va establir les bases per als propers passos del projecte, incloent la finalitzaci\u00f3 dels Cursos de Formaci\u00f3, el desenvolupament continuat del programa de formaci\u00f3 virtual i presencial, i noves col\u00b7laboracions amb la ind\u00fastria.
