About Us

EnoTour is an Erasmus + “Alliance for Innovation” project that started in 2023, aimed at transforming enotourism through digital innovation and international collaboration. EnoTour’s mission is to enhance regional development through the wine tourism sector across Europe by creating digital tools for training, upskilling, business innovation, and marketing. In order to achieve this mission, EnoTour is developing a Virtual Platform for universities, VET providers, students, professionals, wineries and tourists, which will be piloted and scaled up during the project lifetime, via a methodology that ensures public-private collaboration, internationality and ownership.

The EnoTour project is based on a dynamic network of universities, professional schools, wine cooperatives, wineries and Tourist Boards from Catalonia, Bordeaux, Porto, and Padova, working together to modernize the wine tourism sector. The methodology and work plan of the project builds upon the strengths and experiences of the diverse partners. This collaborative endeavour will not only produce a dynamic EnoTour platform for training, business development and virtual tourism experences, but will ensure its value-add, long-term sustainability and expansion, which will depend on this collaborative, public-private sector approach.
